Denny Max Kodinskiy is a distinguished triathlon coach and an accomplished triathlete, known in New York City for his expertise in swimming, cycling, and running. With over a decade of conditioning for 140.6-mile and 70.3-mile Ironman races, Denny has developed a strong reputation built on perseverance, excellence, and remarkable athletic achievements. His recent qualification for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship in Taupō, New Zealand, underscores his dedication and ongoing commitment to not just participate in the sport, but to excel at its highest levels.Denny's journey in triathlon began at the early age of 17, when he taught himself to compete in his first Ironman at Louisville, demonstrating his innate determination and resilience. Athletic Policy
Class Requirements
Age: Denny Max Training accepts private coaching clients over the age of xx.
Class structure: We offer two class structures, one-on-one or semi-private. This approach ensures personalized attention while maintaining a safe and efficient training environment.
- In one-on-one training, Denny works privately with a single client
- In semi-private training, Denny works sequentially with up to two clients within the same class
Group Training: Requests for group training should be brought to Denny in advance of signup and will be considered for approval on a case-by-case basis.
Contact Outside of Class
Primary Communication: For non-urgent inquiries, please use the contact form to get in touch. Denny will respond within 24-48 hours.
Office Hours: Denny is available for questions or discussions via phone or messaging app Tuesday through Thursday from 11am to 1pm Eastern Time.
Emergency Communication: For urgent matters requiring immediate attention, please text Denny directly.
Trainee Input and Customization
Feedback: Your input is valuable. Please share feedback during regular training sessions or via the contact form.
Adjustments: Training plans can be adjusted based on your feedback and progress. Let’s discuss any preferences or changes you’d like to make.
Scheduling and Rescheduling
We want you to be happy with your training experience and successful in your athletic pursuits. Please reach out to Denny immediately with any concerns and he will see to your matter right away.
Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid forfeiture of your class fee.
Flexibility: We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to find an alternative time that works for all parties.
Refunds: Please be aware that Denny Max Training cannot issue refunds.
Waiver & Release of Liability
By engaging in training with Denny Max Kodinskiy and/or Denny Max Training, I acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in physical training and coaching. I confirm that I am in good physical condition and voluntarily assume any and all risks of injury or harm that may occur as a result of participating in any activities offered by Denny Max Kodinskiy. I understand that this Waiver and Release of Liability takes effect immediately upon submitting a request for training, coaching, or consultation through any channel.In consideration of my acceptance into Denny’s training program, I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Denny Max Kodinskiy, Denny Max Training, and any associated workers or trainers from any and all claims, demands, or actions of any kind, arising from any bodily harm, personal injury, or death that may occur as a result of my participation in coaching, training, or consultation. Furthermore, I release said parties from any liability related to the provision of first aid or other emergency treatment I may receive in connection with my participation. I acknowledge that Denny Max Kodinskiy, Denny Max Training, and any associated workers or trainers will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of injuries sustained during coaching, training, or consultation.I positively affirm that I am of legal age and fully competent to act on my own behalf, and on behalf of my dependents, if applicable. I submit to this Waiver on behalf of myself, my heirs, and assigns. I represent and warrant that I have read and fully understand the terms of this document and the legal implications thereof.Finally, I agree to abide by the above Athletic Policy and acknowledge that my use of the Denny Max Training website is governed by the Terms & Conditions Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Full Disclaimer. In the event that any provision of these documents appears to contradict this Waiver, the terms of this Waiver shall prevail.
